So who would want to make sure that everyone thought Ali was dead? Mona.
Now this part is some of my theory-
I swear Mona was who really pulled Ali out of that grave because Mona was essentially Alison's stalker as A. I totally think Mona was there the night Ali vanished. Mona never wanted to hurt Ali physically she just wanted to make her life miserable. What if Mona saw Ali get buried alive and hit in the head by Bethany? Maybe Mona rescued her only because she called Uber A and told her that Ali had just been buried alive by her own mom. So Uber A came up with the plan of Mona telling Ali to leave. If Ali said no maybe Uber A would have put her back in the ground. Who knows. So Mona gets Ali to leave and she has her clothes and Ali's bracelet.
Now Uber A ALLOWS Ali to leave town. Let's face it Uber A has always known where Ali was. She was pretty much in plain sight even while she was in New York. She wasn't even wearing her Vivian disguise. Plus being on the run and constantly looking over your shoulder would be a terrible way to live. Uber A decided that this would be the ultimate torture so Uber A lets Ali leave. Uber A will kill Alison herself/himself it's just not time yet. So Uber A tells Mona that a new plan is in the works and that he/she will let her know when he/she needs her again. In the pilot Mona starts texting the girls for Uber A as "A". Why at that point did Uber A tell Mona to start texting the girls? Not sure because "Ali's body" hadn't been found yet. But there had to have been a reason there always is.
Now back to the night Ali vanished- all Mona and Uber A needed is a body. How did they get one? From Uber A who Mona had been working with from the rip. Somehow Uber A gets Sarah Harvey's body and they bury it in place of Ali just in case Mrs. D. decides to grow a conscience and dig up her daughter one day, that there's a body there. Now I know that eventually the police would have figured it out that it really wasn't Ali's body in there but by then it wouldn't matter. And it didn't they said that body was Ali's twice? The first time they just went off Ali's mom's identification just because of that damn yellow shirt and because if she did bury her own daughter- yeah she thinks it's her.
More to come.
